• Assist Laundry Manager in enforcing policies, procedures, rules and regulations as per company’s standards and prepares reports as required.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of the laundry employees in order to maintain established standards and provide efficient service to the customer.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of employees.
• Responsible for proper handling of client and house laundry and establish standards and procedures to ascertain quality of work performed.
• Investigates resolves customer complaints of unsatisfactory work.
• Liaise with laundry stations to ensure that there are adequate clean uniforms and maintain the availability of cleaning supplies and a neat work area.
• Follow up with the maintenance technicians on preventative maintenance and repair orders.
• Check the daily production according to priorities.
• Counter checks that all items are spotlessly clean as per the company’s standards and client satisfaction.
• Ensure that laundry employees are knowledgeable about the Laundry services and facilities.
• Conduct inventory of tools, equipment and material for keep up and optimization.
• Plan professional training for laundry staff and conduct on the job training for employees on all laundry procedures, safety procedures and equipment operations.
