Formulate and execute the company's business strategies by controlling and overseeing all business operations, people and ventures to reach company's strategic goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the company's business strategies and forecasts in order to attain the organizational goals.
• Apply both tactical and strategic models, to ensure consistent growth both in short term and long-term results.
• Develop and monitor budgets to assure organizational efficiency and appropriate resource allocation.
• Setting revenue targets for the company and setting key performance indicators.
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
• Ensures effective control of sales results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of sales objectives falls within designated budgets.
• Create initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats, forestall business risks, and maximizes core strengths.
• Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
• Provide strategic advice to the President so that he will have accurate view of the market and the company s future.
• Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated and followed at all times.
• Meet with the management team on monthly basis to assess sales performance against KPI s.
• Drive business performance, changes and improvements.
• Lead the company to achieve revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Report results quarterly and annually to the President on timely manner.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the CEO.
• Responsibilities include:
• Formulating and successfully implementing company policy.
• Directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company.
• Developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities established by the board.
• Maintaining an ongoing dialogue with the Chair of the board.
• Putting in place adequate operational planning and financial control systems.
• Ensuring that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by the management and other employees.
• Closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets.
• Taking remedial action where necessary and informing the board of significant changes.
• Maintaining the operational performance of the company.
• Monitoring the actions of the functional board directors.
• Assuming full accountability to the board for all company operations.
• Representing the company to major customers and professional associations.
• Building and maintaining an effective executive team.
