Analyze & design interfaces for Provisioning with other systems (i.e. BSCS, EAI, HLR, DSLAM, LDAP, IN and OpenNet Elements…) covering all domains (GSM/ADSL/Fixed)
Analyze & design effective solutions around Service Fulfillment , Catalog, Event Management and Mobile number portability domain requirements
To follow the procedures and workflow and enforce the usage of them
Lead/manage development of projects over Provisioning and integration with different network elements
Provide technical consultancy to all team members in the of Provisioning
Maintain and support (3rd level support).
Ensure technical solutions are workable and efficiently deployed and integrated within our technology systems and are rendering the required functionalities.
Responsible for Provide complete solutions based on catalog driven execution that serves both GSM and DSL services
Lead/ Coach team of developers and supervisor in a manner to meet the target dates with optimum quality.
Manage vendor to ensure the delivery of the requirements with acceptable quality and on time
Capacity and growth of systems in scope based on commercial and technology forecasts
Interacts with the business community to capture the business process requirements
Interacts with supplier technical team to hand over the developed parts
Design and automate business processes mainly (Activation, SIM SWAP, Dunning,…etc)
Lead Medium and complex sized projects within the area of Service Fulfillment , Catalog, Event Management and Mobile number portability
Provide 2nd level support for locally developed projects and 3rd level support for supplier delivered projects
Work as Catalog owner and model new products on TIBCO catalog
Design new events patterns and solutions for the integrations with the current and new systems
Configure new products on TIBCO catalog
