To maintain all manufacturing plant. Equipment and facilities in good working order. Improve equipment reliability by increasing the mean time between failures (MTBF) while reducing the mean time to repair (MTTR).
Carry out repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner.
Assist in the development of planned preventive maintenance schedule (PPM).
Operate maintenance Fork Lift, Overhead crane, Boiler, Cooling tower, Chiller, Compressor and Dryer as required.
Report breakdown root cause, Understand Drawing, Diagrams, Draft, Flow chart, and other information and documentation.
Manufacturing spare parts as required, Drafting Standards and geometric dimensions & Tolerance.
Identify spares requirements and control SAP and Log usage.
Assist with the moving, installation, repositioning of machines and equipment.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance, responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults,
repairing equipment, supervising technical staff, creating maintenance procedures and managing
Spare parts stocks and comfortable writing technical reports.
Make Regular Site Visits, Manage and Monitor each stage of maintenance.
