ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing timely order acceptance based on corporate policies and procedures and maintain an accurate backlog.
- Coordinating directly with Sales teams, reviewing and validating customer documentation, order entry, order acceptance, backlog management, and fulfillment.
- Managing customer accounts and following through all inquiries till resolved.
- Assuring providing accurate, valid information to customers’ inquiries using the right methods/tools.
- Looking after the whole process of export documentation to avoid any errors in preparation and processing of documents from relevant channels like Customs, Airlines, Shipping Lines, issuing authority of Certificate of origin or any documents required to be issued from any recommended authority.
- Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.
- Expediting the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, including customs documentation and transportation.
- Maintaining customer relations and participating in the organization's sales activities
- Following up with supply team to secure timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinating with forwarders and preparation to execute shipments from worldwide shipping platforms.
- Supervising invoicing and monetary transactions.
- Directing electronic submittal and collection of certificates from chamber of commerce.
- Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of exports.
- Ensuring that all processes are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry.
- Managing the team staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Coaching staff
- Fulfilling operational KPI’s.
