Job brief:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager, to undertake all aspects of financial management, including accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures, risk management in one of our company.
Responsibilities
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL ,Inventory & Procurement Accounting, Production and project management.
• Manage company cost accounting system with best practices.
• Fully involve in project estimation, costing and quotation process.
• Manage project costing and variance analyses.
• Manage company full integrated Dynamic 365 System with full process controls
• Preparation of analyses report, project analyses, set up MIS and best reporting system
• Prepare and report monthly financial statements with detailed analyses as per deadline dates.
• Manage company Audit, return submission, attending zakat notices for Audit, VAT etc,
• Manage and comply government reporting requirements for GOSI, Labor office, Zakat, and VAT.
• Manage monthly & Annual VAT return submission on time and ensure VAT Regulation applied.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls for procurement, inventory, logistic, maintenance etc.
• Manage and comply company labor policies,
• Oversee Personnel and admin management.
• Strong co-ordination with sales, procurement, Production, stores, logistic department for smooth operation.
• Additional duties as necessary for the handling of requirements.
