Responsible of conducting analysis for the Marketing segment.
Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing operations, ad-hoc as well as monthly activities.
Create monthly dashboard including the KPIs related to the segment performance and liaising with the Market Research team and Data Mining team to produce a full pack of high customer intelligence value necessary for decision making.
Organize monthly presentations of the Dashboard and presenting analysis outcome to Marketing Department stakeholders.
Communicate with Marketing segments in order to reach clear understanding of their needs and be able to deliver high quality analyses.
Communicate with the Data Warehouse (DWH), requesting and validating relevant data sets to ensure the validity and soundness of the data to be used in the analyses.
