Solve Network incidents related to ( IPMPLS network, IGWs, core & access network and Wi-Fi networks)
Report network problems with full technical analysis and Upstream international Provider technical escalation in order to minimize the network elements and nodes down times to ensure the optimum service delivery to the customers.
Draw and Update the POPs (Point Of Present) Visio drawing in order to speed and facilitate the network troubleshooting.
Handle (Network Incident, Problems and maintenance) cases according to predefined workflows in order to speed the required solving actions.
Guide the Field technicians during the shifts periods in order to solve the physical problems and hardware problems, and contacting other correlated teams (Warehouse, transportation & Telecom Egypt) in order to speed up troubleshooting steps.
Perform full checkup before and after maintenance and network changes in order to ensure that all elements return to work successfully as previously before the change.
Perform planned and urgent network preventive actions remotely .
Test new monitoring tools in order to use it to speed the network problems detection.
Escalate the network problems to the supervision in order to inform the upper management with the network status.
Handover the shift problems to peers in order to ensure accurate and smooth follow up.
Handle traffic distribution over international links and apply security prevention techniques to prevent attacks and take preventive actions.
Perform Network Traffic optimization to ensure optimum utilization over core, aggregate, international and local links.
