We are looking for an experienced person for Office Management & IT Specialist for our Rail project based in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
• Maintain regional services excellence in delivering service levels in the area of desk side support services
• Provide Hands and Eyes Support within data centres and server rooms
• Responding within SLA to user requests and logged incidents
• Works as directed by Local IS Manager to maintain / enhance desk side services Providing Cover for the local IS Manager as and when required
