-To plan the work execution and coordinate with the manpower in operations to enable to complete the target and completion of work to achieve the client’s requirements and increased profitability of the Rotating Shop.
-To evaluate department processes, recommend and coordinate with process stake holders needed changes based on process analysis.
-To Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
-To be Responsible for employees work scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
-To be Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
-To participate in achieving Quality Objectives of his area.
-Participate in problem solving and continual improvement activities.
-Completely understand and skillfully demonstrate rotating equipment repair and testing related methodology.
- To Technical review & drawing on or before execution of work.
