• Ensure that all documentation is approved during the purchasing process.
• Responsible for local and foreign procurement.
• Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, cost, delivery, product quality or performance and inventories.
• Co- ordinate the process of procurement of plant, engineering spare parts, wooden and plastic pallets, computers (including accessories), office furniture, uniform, bidding of scrap, stationary, safety tools, car and van ‘s tires, battery and spare parts.
• Established both approval suppliers list & temporary suppliers list for local suppliers.
• Keep tracking vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.
• Ensure PO’S are delivered on time and expedite overdue PO’S with suppliers.
• Negotiate offers with suppliers are reach the best price and negotiate payment terms.
