- To provide ongoing guidance, leadership and strategy to maximize both short and long term success in terms of market penetration, profitability, and sustainability.
- Achieve budget targets, in line with the overall Company strategy.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction in all aspects of dealing with his department; from sound advice on products/solutions to prompt, professional and courteous service/after service.
- Continuously strive to improve efficiency, professionalism, motivation and growth of all staff in his department.
- Expand coverage of the retail store concept, kingdom wide.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasting to ensure that a correct level of inventory is maintained, at all times.
- Recommend new products/services as per market trends.
- Provide accurate and timely information on overall market conditions and competitive activities.
- Annually prepare, present and implement Budget and Objective Plans for his department.
