Job Purpose:
Responsible for inspecting and reviewing items as to quantity and quality against freight documents.
Job Duties and Responsbilites:
▪ Stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system.
▪ Shelve, store and distribute materials.
▪ Ability to operate and enter information in a computerized inventory system as SAP.
▪ Receive and deliver goods.
▪ Prepare goods requisitions.
▪ Prepare and pack the exported goods.
▪ Prepare and type annual requisitions, orders, correspondence and reports.
▪ Display or order proper inventory from CPD Department.
▪ Contact purchasing department and vendors for price information.
▪ Receive, store, issue supplies and equipment.
▪ Drive the forklift and coordinate with drivers.
▪ Undertake additional duties as required by line management.
