Designing, Preparing and Delivering a comprehensive yearly training plan with an efficient assessment program for all salesmen (sales, service and parts) to develop their skills and abilities for good negotiation and persuasion skills through a proper understanding of the product and service solutions.

Orchestrating the yearly training and development plan encompassing sales, service and parts related programs.

Participation in all relevant train-the-trainer training and development programs

Getting involved in all sales and after sales related modules / transactions and activities for better understanding in order to be a certified Power User (SAP ERP) and Super User (SAP CRM) for training purposes in the near future.
