• Assisting the Director of Sales & Aftersales and in general Office Support, organizational and clerical support tasks.
• Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
• Support team members with various administrative tasks
• Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
• Monitor office expenditures and handle all documents (warranties, services, parts, marketing, products, etc.)
• Perform basic bookkeeping activities
• Deal with customer complaints or issues
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
• Assist in vendor relationship management
• Maintaining and managing databases
• Organizing and scheduling business meetings
• Ensuring compliance of corporate guidelines
