• Planning work and determining appropriate tools and construction material.
• Efficiently completing scheduled work and start post scheduled construction to remain ahead on projects.
• Review drawings to perform installation activities according to specifications.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing ighest quality of construction.
• Exceed customer project expectations by completing projects ahead of schedule will be better.
• Hold weekly job planning and site safety meetings and conducted site safety inspections.
• Direct all support staff and communicate with owners/architects/ engineers.
• Strict schedule compliance, tight cost control measurement and quality management.
• Coordinate site construction activities including framing, roofing, carpentry, finish work, painting, cabinetry, window and siding replacement, sheetrock installation, etc.
• Manage work to be completed by contractors including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, etc.
• Consistently achieving delivery, budgetary, and quality duties.
• Supervising construction activities like block work, gypsum work, ceiling instalment, flooring, etc. and also ensuring activities were completed on time.
• Managing project funds to ensure expenses were within budget.
• Liaising with the design team to implement any changes in the design.
• Problem Resolution - Researching and resolving all issues pertaining to completing construction project. Maintained records of any and all issues with contractors in order to retain the best qualified for ongoing and future projects.
• Meet with County officials in order to attain required permitting for projects. Consulted with inspectors as to any issues with code violations and provided the steps to bring project up to standards.
