- • Direct and supervise workers, ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
• Study project specifications to determine appropriate construction methods, which ensure that specifications and quality are meet.
• Prepare requisition supplies and materials to complete needed to completed construction project.
• Follow up on project submitted budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
• Implement and monitor the process and procedures of the project quality control programs.
• Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, sub-contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
• Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
• Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
• Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans, using computers.- Experience in similar roll/Supervisory of project construction, Min. of 5 to 7 years preferred in the Engineering/Construction industries.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering with relevant Major/ Grad. Project Management certificate is an asset.
Excellent Command of English Language, professions in speak, red, write and understanding
