The Production Planning Section Head is responsible for developing the master production plan to satisfy demand while carrying minimum effective inventory. The qualified individual will be responsible for providing a mid-term master production schedule for internal manufacturing lines, with a monthly production plan consistent with the plant capacity and sales forecast. The sales forecasts, new products, customer expectations, and internal supply constraints will be used to develop production plans, by month, for a rolling three-month period. Strong collaboration with the Demand Planning, Replenishment Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Material Supply Planning (External and Internal), and Internal Manufacturing will be critical to meeting business goals.
The candidate will set-up and implement strategic production planning processes that enables operational and production continuity. Takes a coordinating lead, working closely with internal and external parties to ensure supply of products to satisfy market requirements. Able to deliver efficient, effective and flexible production solutions to meet customers’ requirements.
This role holds people and budgetary management responsibilities for production planning of PASABAHCE EGYPT operations.
