• Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures,
• Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions,
• Maintaining the organization’s staff by establishing and implementing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; consulting executives and managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes and reviews,
• Managing employees performance appraisals, and counseling managers on the best practices for setting targets and conducting evaluations,
• Establishing and implementing training, continual learning, development and succession plans,
• Payroll, Compensation and benefit management,
• Reporting using the proper hierarchal channels and the organization’s online tools and software applications.
• Maintaining legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources-related requirements of the Saudi Arabian “Ministry of Labor” and the “General Organization for Social Insurance”; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
• Contributing with the team and with other departments to get the job done,
• Maintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records,
• Preparing and managing the HR budget,
• Overseeing the recruitment, including writing and placing job ads,
• Processing work permits and new visas for expats,
• Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling,
• Hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors,
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
