• Participate in Spare Parts Function / Technical Services department budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process.
• 
  
• Ensure effective utilization of Spare Parts Function.
• 
  
• Recommend improvements to Spare Parts Function.
• 
  
• Manage and monitor all purchasing activities of spare parts.
• 
  
•  Negotiate payment terms and discounts with suppliers to secure items and services.
• 
  
• Direct and control warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing products.
• 
  
• Manage receiving of ordered products from suppliers, and ensure products are stored correctly and safely.
• 
  
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• 
  
• Provide accurate sales reports each week, together with an overview of marketing and sales activities.
• 
  
• Work Closely with Marketing department to develop and implement marketing programs and objectives to increase the sales.
