  • Achieve volume targets across all channels.

  • Support trade marketing activities by ensuring quality & on-time execution within his area.

  • Improve brand presence & merchandising function across all outlets

  • Supervise & lead the distributor branch team to achieve company objectives.

  • Continuously looking for business opportunities of all natures: distribution performance, Customer opportunity, or brand activation.

  • Reporting market feed, competition activity, and Activities evaluation.

  • Support the Channel development heads in planning & forecasting annual commercial budget when it comes to sales volumes, activities, and costing.

  • Establish a monthly route plan to visit markets within the assigned area for all channel, and to report any distribution or merchandising gaps with an official reporting process.

  • Work closely on daily operations with distributor sales team to ensure achieving sales and other marketing objectives.

  • Work on improving merchandising function by optimizing journey routes and ensuring proper execution of all brand guidelines. Also to monitor hand-held reports and suggest any improvement on the system in coordination with Data flow function.

  • Work closely with Trade Marketing on executing thematic activities by planning and executing in coordination with sales team and customers

  • Build & promote long-lasting customer relation with top accounts by partnering up, understand their needs and establish a Win-Win relation.

  • Report all competition activities spotted in the market by creating monthly process with HO, also to establish monthly closing feedback on channel performance within assigned area.

  • Develop & improve grocery channel performance by monitoring various reports from distributor hand-held, Coach the van team to support FIT project, and to improve the output of deployed chillers.

  • Develop and improve Modern Trade channel by ensuring compliance with contractual visibility, improve placement of brands and reduce OOS levels available on the merchandising hand-held reports.

  • Support WS Channel head by securing annual contracts, and meeting key customers on quarterly meeting to review sales achievement

  • Support other business development projects within assigned region.

  • Build & promote long-lasting customer relation with top accounts by partnering up, understand their needs and establish a Win-Win relation.

  • Circulation of Activity Evaluation reports, demonstrating the success rate of trade activities, sell-out, and execution level.

  • Handling special business development projects & pilot test in assigned channel.
