Position Summary
Perform engineering duties in planning, designing of building structures, piperacks, equipment foundations, process structures, piles, infrastructure facilities, such as roads, storm drainage, oily water sewers, earthwork. Has major experience in Oil & Gas industry preferably Saudi Arabia.
Worked in all stages of the project including feasibility, pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design as well as construction support.
Plans, schedules, and conducts own design work under the supervision of a Senior Structural Engineer. Performs the design and monitors ongoing progress of a project, including the coordination with other disciplines and project.
Resolves a variety of complex problems (i.e. conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, difficult coordination requirements)
Prepare plans and technical specifications, contract documents and estimates
Performs other duties assigned by a Senior or Lead Engineer or Project Manager
Has comprehensive understanding of principles, theories, concepts, and industry practices and standards and their application
Works under minimal supervision
May provide some technical guidance to less experienced design and engineering personnel
Independently applies advanced engineering techniques and analysis within the discipline
Develops designs that require innovation and ingenuity
Has considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
