JOB PURPOSE:
The Administrative Support Supervisor is responsible for all Support Services provided services to customers in each sector.
Department : Support Services
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supervise the execution of the department’s objectives, initiatives, plans, policies and procedures.
- Focal point for any requirement for airports, sector’s employees and SSD.
- Supervise day to day activities and operations of employees and ensure their adherence to the guidelines and responsibilities assigned to them and that all activities are being conducted properly.
- Provide reports for all services provided and performance to SSD.
- Direct contact between the Customer in the sectors and Support Services Departments.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible of building maintenance, Janitorial & landscape contracts.
- Responsible of the transportation, car pool and parking space.
- Responsible of office furniture requirement and delivery, office supplies and teaboy services.
- Responsible of meeting rooms and class rooms reservation.
- Responsible of security services and entrance clearance.
- Responsible of IT services.
- Responsible of inventory, and the materials requesting and delivery.
