JOB PURPOSE:
The Contracts Specialist is responsible for all administration activities related to the signed contracts between SANS and suppliers including tracking progress, payments, and all other contractual matters to ensure suppliers’ adherence to the agreed terms and conditions.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform all administration activities related to signed contracts with supplier which includes documenting and reporting progress against the agreed contract’s schedule.
- Track suppliers’ payments and report their status to the Contract Administration Supervisor on a regular basis.
- Assist the Contracts Management Supervisor in the drafting / review of contracts in coordination with the concerned functions.
- Update and register all contracts administration activities (i.e. payments, change orders, claims administration, material change requests, etc.) in the Vendor Management system in order to ensure proper contract audit and management.
- Report any contract breaches and non-adherence issues to the Contract Administration Supervisor.
- File and archive all contracts documentations which include payments, change orders, disputes, claims, etc.
