• Based at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Sales Office
• 
  
• Involved in e-commerce activities for our hotel and company services
• 
  
• Responsible for updating and maintaining our website in arabic language
• 
  
• Monitor all online activities, company presence, traffic and sales
• 
  
• Promote company products/services to the middle east and arabian market
• 
  
• Convey a consistent brand image that attracts customers by encouraging sales on the web
• 
  
• Create and update online transaction systems
• 
  
• Ensure accurate and update information of the website
• 
  
• Liaise with business associates for joint promotion opportunities
• 
  
• In charge of online travel agents, rates allocation and fluctuations
• 
  
• Analyze online business performance and prepare sales report
• 
  
• Revenue management and quantify bookings to maximize revenue
• 
  
• Key liaison to manage customer relationships
• 
  
• Prompt attention to guests complaints, services and surveys
• 
  
• Update media database to ensure effective communication with relevant members

• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
