Aware and guide employees in the company to all HR Policies, company regulations and procedures such: Recruitment, performance appraisal system and training.
Job Rules & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing, updating and ensuring that all human resources activities, processes and procedures are applied correctly in all Naseej branches.
• Implement the application of the performance appraisal system effectively and according to the specified time plan and specific criteria of evaluation.
• Analyzes the results of performance appraisal and preparing its reports.
• Adjust and regulate Training and Development process to confine training requirements in accordance with the results of performance appraisal.
• Putting annual training plan based on scanning employee training needs.
• Determine the actual training needs according to results of performance appraisal, training needs assessment and participate in the preparation of the training plan. And follow its measures the effectiveness.
• Preparing the job analysis Questionnaire to update the job description cards.
• Develop job descriptions with departments' heads for all the company positions and Specifications.
