Role Purpose:


Manage, coordinate, and implement Human Resources activities which include talent acquisition, personnel management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and performance management and ensure the proper communication and implementation of the company's policies and procedures.


1. Talent Acquistion


• Lead on the Saudization plan for the group to reach a high Nitaqat compliance
• Periodically maintain of job descriptions by coordinating with commercial / HR manager to keep abreast any changes in the duties and responsibilities of existing positions, and develop job descriptions for newly established positions
• Create and manage job postings on different recruitment sources such as online job sites, universities, offline job postings, internal job postings and recommend most efficient source for different vacancies
• Participate in job fairs at various universities/ colleges as well as any recruitment event that leads to better employer branding and development of an extensive CV database
• Screen, shortlist and carry out preliminary interviews for candidates. Coordinate with commercial managers for second interviews and prepare interview assessment forms for hiring decision within set timelines.
• Administer the application of recruitment testing and selection policies and programs and ensuring the application of equal opportunity principle
• Update manpower plan and organizational chart on a periodic basis by capturing all changes in new hires, leavers, promotions, and transfers on HR system
• Prepare statistical reports regarding applicant flow, selection, promotions, transfers, terminations and turnover and recommending remedial actions when needed


2. Personnel Management:


• Update and monitor all changes in employee and dependants’ personal information on HR system
• Maintain all employee records (online/offline) and ensure all legal documents are available and valid
• Keep record of all leaves (annual, sick, maternity, paternity, compassionate) and ensure leave policy and procedure are properly implemented
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government regulations (Ministry of Labour) affecting human resources functions and ensuring SARA Group complies to the latest updates
• Coordinate with Public Relations Officer for registration of employee in GOSI (General Organization of Social Insurance), issuance and renewal of Visas and work permits
• Develop, document, and periodically update HR and administration policies and procedures
• Carry employee relations duties by listening, investigating and reporting grievances or negative behaviours
• Understand and receive employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns
• Develop and promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes
• Provide periodic reporting to internal stakeholders


3. Training and Development:


• Carry all on boarding plans across all departments guaranteeing a well-rounded induction for new hires
• Monitor the implementation of training policies and programs and accordingly suggest improvements on training plan
• Coordinate with training centres and universities regarding training courses and programs either inside or outside Saudi Arabia
• Engage employees on online training academy and propose ways on increasing visits
• Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR Training plan as well as participating in functional and cross functional initiatives
• Maintain training records of all employees


4. Compensation and Benefits


• Hire and retain employees as per agreed on and set pay scales and benefits
• Gather and collect compensation data and newest trends in rewards in KSA market and update HR manager of any corrective actions
• Liaise between employee and insurance provider for the enrolment, departure of employees or for other insurance claims or requests
• Assist Finance team in payroll generation and payroll queries
• Act as a focal point between management and employees on incentive and reward schemes


4. • Roll out performance management cycle in all its phases within agreed timelines
• Provide assistance and troubleshooting for all managers and employees for any performance management issue
• Document signed objective setting forms and end of year evaluations
• Prepare analytical reports per department and per hierarchal level
• Assist HR Manager in the improvement of the Performance Management process
