JOB PURPOSE :
The IT PMO Specialist is responsible the coordination and completion of projects related to technology. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, maintains project documentation, plans and reports, monitors and summarizes progress of project. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects related to technology.
- Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, maintains project documentation, plans and reports, monitors and summarizes progress of project.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
- Understands and follows the Project Management methodology of Popular.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Maintains and gives follow up to project teams, programmers and external consultants.
- Leads the work of others during the life of the project.
- Coordinates activities, resources and equipment’s to accomplish the project goals in the most efficient way.
- Responsible of administrate change management, release management and configuration processes.
- Promptly escalates issues which cannot be resolved.
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
