Duties & Responsibilities:

المهام و المسؤليات

1	Reviews and validates the employees leave requests and reviews medical claim forms.
2	Discusses the employee medical claims status and claims rejection reasons to organize the appropriate actions.
3	Forward leave requests approval to the HRD Manager for final confirmation.
4	Issues warning letters to the employees if any violation has been committed.
5	Performs the employees exit interviews results and attach it in the employee file.
