Crowd Analyzer -a technical startup- is the leading Arabic social media listening tool in the MENA region and worldwide. We work with clients from different sectors and industries to enhance their social media marketing strategies and business objectives. We support Arabic sentiment analysis with different dialects using Proprietary Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing.

You Will Do:

• Help validate that our SaaS platform meet design specifications and requirements.
  Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test plan.
• 
  
• Executing black and white box tests on web-based products.
• 
  
• Identify any defects or quality issues and escalate issues appropriately to management.
• 
  
• Making sure that all our products are bug-free.
• 
  
• Perform Functional Testing on our web apps.
  Perform usability, integration and compatibility testing on our web apps.
• 
  
• Work with the technical team on tests automation.
• 
  
• Take ownership of the Quality of the Products we build.
• 
  
• Create test summary reports at the end of each test run.
• 
  
• Assisting developers with issue analysis and debugging issues.
• 
  
• Verification of patches and bug fixes in production environment.
•
