I would like to invite your application for the position of Sales Supervisor for Saudi - Dammam.
Our client an innovative and integrated multi food products Group based in the United Arab Emirates. The Group, set up in 1975, has a significant presence in Impulse Foods, Agri Business, Oils & Fats, Packaging, Chemicals, Sales and Distribution.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communication of monthly sales plan to Distributor sales team.
• Setting sales targets by customer and Align with sales team.
• Develop and implement visibility strategy by category, by channel and drive execution
• Align with DB Route to Market Plan to highlight gaps in service and execution
• Identify local/customer specific opportunities and develop plans to leverage them
• Recommend appropriate action to meet the sales objective for Regions/Chains etc
• Monitor and communicate competition activity, price change, promotion support, etc
• Generate and input sales team with brand and category insights
• Monitor market trends (Category and us)
• Monitor Execution as per plans
• Driving Team performance
• Managing Customer Claims along with Distributor sales team
SKILL SET REQUIRED:
• Sales and Distribution understanding
• Knowledge of Consumer Trend and Trade practices
• Analytical Skills
• Computer Skills – MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word
