We are looking for a Saudi National General Manager for a Multinational Technology Company in Saudi Arabia. This role is a start up role where a candidate needs to role up his sleeve and help grow the Saudi business for the company.
Responsibility
- Work with different teams within the company to target specific markets in Saudi Arabia
- Develop innovative marketing strategies and marketing campaigns
- Help with shaping the business by being on the field, maintaining relationships with other businesses, creating an effective supply chain and handling logistics and transportation
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills (creative ways to solve problems)
- Handling different types of challenges (finding innovative solutions)
- Connect with local regulatory and political stakeholders within a targeted group
Specification
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience of management and operations
- Holding a Masters degree (finance, law, economics, engineering, management or science)
- Strong business communication skills and thinking
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Creative mind set
- Strong and creative networking skills
- Able to lead and deliver messages to targeted markets
- Passionate and enthusiastic
- Ideally experience in consumer services
