1. Plant and Utilities equipment maintenance management: In coordination with the Buiding and Utilities Supervisor, prepares, plans and assure execution the necessary operation and maintenance activities of all Utility Systems in order to ensure adequate production environment, infrastructure and utilities in the Eastern factory. Review the operating instructions maintenance strategy, maintenance plans, maintenance task list , MRP spare parts profile.
2.Implementations of thew modifications : Optimize Building & Utilities activites, initiate and follow up action plans for performance continuous improvement related safety, efficiency, cost and quality, through establishing and close follow up of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). Periodically control budget costs, propose proper solutions when a discrepancy comes in order to allow Facility management undertake corrective and improvement measures. Initiate and provide regular or not scheduled audits whenever contractors’ performance is unsatisfactory or where the contractor’s performance incurs significant consequential losses to TBTD performance output and/or costs in order the corrective measures towards Service Provider are undertaken.
3.Equipment installation and planning: In conjunction with other impacted departments, actively participate in planning, checking up the materials list and then assure support to execute the technical and design supervision of the installation of new equipment in order to ensure the high quality of the installation and commissioning of the equipment. Make all necessary arrangements for the registration of the new equipment in order to transfer new installation to the factory asset registry system and to ensure further maintenance.
4.Analysis & calculations: Under request of supervisor analyze design proposals of new equipment installation and take the appropriate decisions with regard to future interventions (planned maintenance, modifications) in order to minimize potential breakdowns and increase efficiency of machines/ equipment in this way. Make (when requested) accurate load, strength and feasibility calculations which are necessary to carry out all designed objects according to statistical, dynamical, mathematical or other rules and technical requirements in order to choose the appropriate technological / technical solution for manufacturing the spare parts/units/objects.
5.Documentations: Control and co-ordinate the flow of all documentation, filing and storage in the factory system and technical archive activity in order to meet legal requirements. Prepare technical documents and if it is necessary look for additional information. Check for completeness and accuracy in order to support the activities of the department.
Read technical drawings, drafts and/or sketches prepared by design consultants and construction company and other engineers, work with technical references, directories in order to review and to carry out analysis of works performed by design consultants and construction companies.
6.Work with contarctors&safety: Coordinate Contractors’ activities on Site. Coordinate, check and approve work requests within defined timelines and resources. Perform measuring and other tasks in accordance with the stipulated safety rules and regulations with the use of individual protection means (e.g. glasses, gloves, helmet, safety shoes, and ears protection). Follow up full compliance with health, safety, fire prevention and hygiene procedures and standards.
7.Reporting and Communication: Guarantees the feedback of maintenance related information and repair objectives and schedules to subordinates and his/her superior, discusses related problems and decides on solutions in order to ensure the continuity of production and to guarantee high quality of products at planned costs.
Documents, files and maintains all the machinery (utilities part) & contractor related information. Prepare all required documents according with best practices and procedures.
8.Workplace: Perform necessary actions to keep the work place in a clean and orderly condition in order to ensure easy access to all parts of the place and prevent potential
9.EHS & Compliance: Ensures project tem and contractors are fully aware and adhere to all EHS rules, policies and procedures.
Assist and support that initial investigation of accident/ incidents are performed and actions are implemented.
Follow the OHS legislation regulation.
