• Oversee the entire F&B operation across residencies and outside catering based on occupancy forecast and supervise the delivery of quality meals on time to Namariq guests as well as maintaining high quality food and service, food costing, managing caterings outlets (food sampling, HACCP checklist and tracking checklist ,dining halls, coffee shops, canteens, etc.)
• Responsible for executing catering events of varied size and scope, including staffing and management.
• Ensure accurate reporting of all catering related revenue, expenses, and receivables. Coordinate activities with other departments as appropriate.
• Conduct frequent and thorough inspections of the central kitchen operations to ensure service excellence, cleanliness and safety are consistently maintained.
• Inspect the implementation of cost control efforts for labor and waste management.
• Prepare monthly reports covering menus, customer survey, dining hall status, central kitchen maintenance report, and action plan to address complains from guests.
• Develop and audit the implementation of HK & Laundry services policies, procedures and processes.
• Prepare and report the status of the room after receiving the check-out details from the Front Desk.
• Resolve team issues and guest problems or complaints when possible and ensure management kept informed.
• Physical supervision on accommodation cleanliness and hygiene.
• Maintaining and ensuring Housekeeping and laundry SOP’S are implementing in daily basis
• Control Catering, housekeeping and laundry operations (including but not limited to product quality and presentation, Building and adjusting menus, staff/workplace health and safety, working schedule, service standards, maintenance and hygiene of facilities, equipment, entertainment, guest satisfaction, etc.)
• Submit reports weekly and monthly to the Head of operations including but not limited to sales, guest satisfaction, actual performance versus forecasted, operational concerns and suggestions for improvement.
• Ensure proper and efficient communication between BOH and FOH staff
• Ensure that all operations procedures are in line with Namariq standard operating procedures (Opening, closing, service, cleaning, etc.) of maximizing profits and minimizing costs.
• Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Estimate Food & Beverage consumption to anticipate amounts to be purchased.
• Hold daily and weekly briefings with the FOH and BOH, housekeeping and laundry teams to discuss daily operations.
• Supervisor and control the procurement procedures interims price, quality, quantity and availability.
• Prepare finance budgeting, control the cost of production, chemicals, etc.
