Drive the CRM (Customer Relationship management) excellence within Orange, developing and supporting the programmed designed to optimize the value of Orange customers
Lead the GEO-marketing team in order to maintain an efficient Geo-marketing system & process by which location based intelligence is provided in a timely manner
Drive the Technology budget assigned for 4G, 3G and 2G/Edge network coverage roll-out maintaining commercial requirements. Review & ensure reporting the roll-out progress to management including ROI (return on investment) calculations
Accountable on revenues generated from new On Air sites. Set new “On Air Sites” revenue targets and recommend actions securing the roll-out progress & revenues generated as per targets set
Drive the Retail roll-out plan to ensure investments alignment between network (Base stations-BTSs) and outlets channels both direct and indirect.
Establish the methodology used to develop the retail roll-out plan. Ensures the alignment of outlet locations to customer locations and prospect areas
Recommend actions to improve sales channels reach on regional level
Build up and ensure ongoing refreshments of capabilities, GIS and SPSS analytics and modelling tools and techniques required to perform Customers insights and Geo marketing analyses to support decision making across the company on a regular basis and improve commercial operational efficiencies
Set up the tools, dashboards, governance and process to take Geo-data driven decisions
Develop and Deliver Customer insight analytics and Geo-intelligence strategies and plan which uncover areas of opportunity and increase the company’s ability to achieve its strategic objectives
Lead the segmentation, profiling and modelling services in order to create substantive understanding of customer value and value potential
Boost the Customer Insight and GEO-marketing team studies & recommendations that support increasing long-term value of customers
Injects a new dimension of customer behavior analysis that provides prediction, association, clustering and segmentation into traditional marketing strategy process.
Increase profitability by analyzing customers traffic patterns on regional levels and advice actions
Address challenges in acquiring customers by ensuring premium network coverage
Manage handling network coverage complaints (Personal First class & Corporate). Ensure that coverage complaints are handled efficiently and profitably. Helps optimizing quality of service delivered by main technology functions.
Ensure premium Network Quality in commercial hot spots
Monitor “High Value Customers network” experience
Ensure compliance to NTRA license requirements (4G, 3G and 2G) regarding both population and territory covered
Update Orange management and the group on progress and challenges
Extracts key learning and identifies best practices to be exported across regions. Provide in depth understanding of regional operational and financial performance.
Lead the development and submission of regular analytical reports and dashboards to ensure proper follow up of the company KPIs
Supports decision making executives from Marketing, Sales and Network in identifying priorities based on value with user-friendly spatial awareness
Manage the updates of Egypt GIS data through CAPMAS (Central agency for public mobilization and statistics).
Manage the deliverable and implementation of marketing plans in order to improve customers insights & profiling capabilities
Facilitates a more segmented knowledge of business performance allowing for optimal resources allocation (capex, opex, people, etc.)
Drive location based projects and activities boosting both voice & data revenues on regional level
People Management


Lead, mentor and develop both Customer Insight and Geo-marketing team members, set individual targets, evaluate their performance and provide needed coaching on proper timing
Encourage and guide team members to find innovative solutions for the problems encountered during their customer profiling analytics, regional analysis and projects.
Coach, mentor and develop staff, providing career development planning and opportunities
Lead employees using Orange performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employees contribution and includes goal setting, feedback, and performance development planning
Plan and maintain work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of Customer Insight and Geo-marketing team members
Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback
Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action, with the assistance of Human Resources
