Utilize data mining tool for analysis that provides prediction, association, clustering and segmentation
Utilize data mining tool for advanced analytics that assist marketing in increasing revenues and reducing churn
Manage the production & enhancement of the daily, weekly & monthly reports relevant to different marketing activities
Evaluating the data quality by verifying a set of rules
Coordinate, organize, and take necessary actions with other marketing departments to ensure the integrity of gathered required and relevant data
Define functional and support requirement for the marketing database
Manage the integration of the various internal databases.
Extract data from different data repositories and transform into business intelligence relevant to different marketing activities and KPIs’ (promotion, traffic evaluation, competition, acquisition, subscriber segmentation etc..)
Monitor churn for different markets and segments through proper reporting system
Ensure integrity of data warehouse reports: recurring, as well as on-demand
Define functional and support requirement for the marketing database
Develop query subroutine and source external databases.
Define and implement internal reporting system to support the commercial department mainly the data segment team
Create campaigns segments using the SPSS data mining application and using the Siebel campaign management web tool
Prepares results analysis for campaigns, offers and new products and services
Develop statistical models that is used to classify, segment, associate offers to customers which assist in the creation of offers
