Functional Management


Set CVM strategy, marketing plan and roadmap
Contribute in setting the business strategy for the Prepaid, postpaid, Data and VAS segments and achieve the revenue targets, business objectives in alignment with Orange business plan
Drive the plan for building of capabilities & enablers for innovative concepts & a faster TTM
Manage the "go-to-market" process as well as own overall customer experience ensuring customer satisfaction for all targeted streams
liaise with Orange Group for CVM best practice
Align top management on the progress of ongoing plans, elaborates on business impact and highlights possible risks and roadblocks
Work closely with Department Heads and Senior management counterparts in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Technology, and Pricing and lead the team efforts in order to implement the set strategies and accomplish set marketing plans effectively
Design and implement targeted prepaid, postpaid and data tariffs plans, offers and processes to ensure consistent ARPU and revenue growth
Drive and manage the process of targeted tariffs design and implementation
Accountable for achieving the sub department objectives (-ARPU – subscribers growth-churn) for targeted cohorts
Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to top management and Department Heads on the projects status and development
Ensure Orange revenue market leadership through studying, understanding, designing, and implementing tailored end to end targeted programs
Lead discussions for capability enhancements and drive the development of enablers that enhance the performance of CVM campaigns
Work closely with campaign management and CRM teams and drive efforts to deliver effective campaign management solutions that serve CVM vision and strategy.
Work with the research team to design consumer research that provides clear guidelines on the target customers’ habits and attitudes as well as perception and need gaps
Manage the team brief of all front line departments including sales and customer service about the needed support from each department to deliver all targeted programs
Define together with customer insight analysts and modelers relevant micro segments based on usage, value, recharge,socio-demographics,…, patterns
Develop migration management programs intra and inter segments to increase ARPU and increase customer satisfaction
Define and apply campaigns multichannel strategy and customer contact strategy
Oversee the development of regular analytical reports and dashboards to ensure proper follow up of KPIs
Represent CVM function and intiatives at group level
People Management


Lead and manage the CVM team to achieve the function’s KPIs
Develop, coach, and guide the CVM team
Drive and monitor the team members’ performance
Lead, and develop the team of experts responsible for developing the targeted marketing activities and proposition aimed at growing Orange revenues
Motivate and inspire direct subordinates and their teams to achieve the segment’s specific goals
Drive, monitor and develop team members’ performance
Manage the team’s performance appraisal process and development plans of the team members
Conduct regular performance and competency evaluations for direct reports
Drive ultimate and effective utilization of the resources within the segment to deliver on the yearly marketing plan ad business targets
Build a proactive/customer oriented culture
