On behalf of a startup organization, we are seeking Junior Project Managers. This an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company working towards Vision 2030.
You should be seeking dedicated, hardworking, technically minded with an excellent, customer-facing presence, sharp critical thinking skills, and a passion for learning. Based in Riyadh and reporting to the Project Lead.
You will assist in the management of multiple projects while providing project management advice to retail clients. You will coordinate projects, schedules, track the progress of projects and report the results to the Project Lead.
You will develop concrete, detailed plans for each project, including the schedule, the budget, outlining the duties of each team members, identifying project goals, and setting a timeline for the project. Collaborate with various teams and hold meetings to develop project plans and present them to the Project Lead.
Able to lead multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines; coordinating resource activities to ensure activities/timelines are maintained. Ensuring adequate documentation is maintained and delivered to adhere to reporting deadlines. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and clients. Ensure projects are on track, communicate the obstacles if they are not, and focus all parties toward successful completion
