-Act as direct point of responsibility for the contract and for interfacing to client on Contract Issues.
-Supervise management of all Project Functions
-Ensure all Project objectives are met and take action to correct any shortcomings.
-Ensure that adequate resourcing is provided for the project team and initiate mobilization and demobilization of resources as required.
-Interface to company Corporate groups as required for effective operation of the contract. This includes Human Resources, Administration, Finance and Government Affairs Functions.
-Promote development of team oriented environment.
-Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality -Assurance system relevant to Project.
-Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Project.
