-Primary objective
\[Responsible for all aspects of Management of the Project to meet the Quality, Schedule, and Budget requirements of the work.
-Specific Accountabilities
\[Act as direct point of responsibility for the contract and for interfacing to Saudi Aramco on Contract Issues.
\[Supervise management of all Project Functions.
\[Ensure all Project objectives are met and take action to correct any shortcomings.
\[Ensure that adequate resourcing is provided for the project team and initiate mobilization and demobilization of resources as required.
\[Interface to company Corporate groups as required for effective operation of the contract. \[This includes Human Resources, Administration, Finance and Government Affairs Functions.
\[Promote development of team oriented environment.
\[Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality \[Assurance system relevant to Project.
\[Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Project.
