Foreman - Supervise all shop members and take the leadership to achieve the required quality and lead time, and report the work schedule to Shop manager timely.
Job Description and responsibilities:
- Implementation of the weekly and monthly work planning.
- Co-ordination of manpower.
- Direct communication with management team.
- Co-ordination between – Component Repair and Rotor Shops.
- Supervise Repair and Overhaul activities –Machining, Lifting plan, Coating, Blasting, Heat treatment, dismantle and reassemble rotor -.
- Any other task requested and deemed necessary by management.
- On time, on budget completion of workshop activities.
- Ensure prompt communication to immediate supervisor of any shortfall in process or documentation.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE policy & procedures.
