• Analyzing, planning, and executing recruitment programs and the hiring process to ensure that HR service provided meets the needs of company.
• Coordinating with the HR consultant to Track annual employees KPIs.
• Understanding the local employment laws & regulations, and ensure they are in compliance with the company HR policies & procedures.
• Maintaining, updating and expanding the HR policies and code of conduct under the supervision of the Direct Manager.
• Working according to plans and direction and assist in overseeing the implementation and application of the various HR systems including recruitment & selection, training & development, motivation & incentive, performance appraisal, … etc.
• Supporting in any requirements within the HR & Administration Department as required by the HR consultant.
• Developing periodic reports related to the activities of the department
• Handling any other work related activities as per the direction of the direct supervisor.
