About the Company
Quest Search & Selection is working with one of the fastest growing Digital Marketing agencies. They are looking for a General Manager to succesfully lead a team of 25 in there Riyadh office.
Job Description:
As the General Manager you must have the following:
- Directly involved in Digital marketing, most recently in International agency involved with a variety of different clients.
- The ideal candidate should be truly passionate about the industry as well as having thorough in-depth knowledge of the market.
- From this knowledge being able to strive towards clarity, solutions and strategic decision making.
Requirements for an Ideal Candidate- You must have had experience working within a Digital Marketing Agency
- Ability to drive brand awareness and influence the market.
- Be completely strategy focused and look at ways in which to develop the business.
- We would require a minimum of around 10 years of experience in the marketing industry.
- Young, bright and full of great ideas with the ability to execute them with precision.
- You must have an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, flexibility and ability to multi-task within a fast-moving environment.
