Management
• Recruit, hire and mentor a small and effective team of quality engineers with strong technical skills.
• Develop, socialize, and execute quality plans and processes to ensure the product development activities meet the applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with peer departments to ensure a common understanding and commitment to the Quality Management System at Assystem Radicon
Design Quality Engineering
• Perform quality engineering responsibilities in support of department and company goals.
• Influence and drive operational compliance and quality outcomes
• Provide technical quality engineering leadership to staff members and cross-functional.
• Develop and continuously improve the quality processes and procedures associated with design and development activities.
• Facilitate and contribute to the various risk management activities.
• Prepare for and support audits performed by external regulatory entities.
• Identify and guide the verification and validation strategy for equipment, processes, and products.
Project/Product Quality
• Attend and participate in various Technical, Product, and Design Control Phase Gate review meetings.
• Review and approve the various documents created during the Design Control process.
