About the role
Meet and greet customers to the van.
Sell Orange products and services and ensure proper collection of required documents.
Up-sell value added services to customers.
Present daily sales reports to the supervisor of customers inquiries and requests.
Handle reconciliation of the daily sales transactions.
Ensure all equipment are appropriately maintained and in good working condition.
Monitor drivers tasks and responsibilities.
Suggest new locations and plans for the vans.
Handle customer complaints, inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
Review and follow up on the available stock and its availability all the time.
